ipv4 locality for member of parliament websites

As the subject suggests after parsing parliament.uk for a list of all MP websites and twitter accounts, I performed DNS queries against each websites domain to get an IPv4 A record, looked up the RiR for the IPv4 and queried the country assignment of the IP address.
